While the critics were, Venom 2 Let There Be Carnage to put it mildly, lukewarm on the film, the appeal cannot be denied. Flamboyant and graphically violent, 'Venom 2 ' is a unique franchise when it takes on Marvel and DC. Given the strength of the creative team behind 'There Will Be Carnage', which includes Andy Serkis as director, it seems likely that a third Venom movie is on the way.

Will Tom Hardy be there? The short answer is yes. Venom 2 Let There Be Carnage It seems highly unlikely that Hardy will not reprise the role, especially given his behind-the-scenes work in creating and producing the story. Also, Venom and Eddie Brock's entire relationship is based on Eddie being the only host Venom doesn't exhaust to death, and it would be hard to reverse now that core principle of who they are.
As for other actors in Venom: There Will Be Carnage, those returning will likely include Stephen Graham, whose detective Mulligan managed to survive by being hung around his neck with a chain and what looked like a serious spinal injury. He will almost certainly play the character Toxin, as the final moments of him on screen showed him with glowing blue eyes, babbling about monsters.
It's unclear if Michelle Williams returns as Ann and She-Venom, but we hope she's a yes. Venom 2 Let There Be Carnage Williams has hardly been given screen time in 'Venom: There Will Be Carnage' as She-Venom, but it would be very interesting to explore.
A third movie could give her a chance to keep playing with that, along with her fiancé Dan Lewis (Reid Scott). The pairing seems pretty solid, so we can't imagine Ann returning for the sequel without Dan. We also hope to see more of Peggy Lu as Ms. Chen, the owner of the local store.
As for those less likely to return, unfortunately we don't see a way for Woody Harrelson to return as Cletus Kasady Venom 2 Let There Be Carnage, given that the movie ended with Venom biting his head off. Similarly, the return of Naomie Harris would be strange given that Shriek was crushed by falling debris and a huge church bell.
The actor who gives life to Venom, Tom Hardy, has already confirmed that there are plans for Venom 3, as well as that they already have an idea of. Where they want the new franchise to continue, even beyond a third installment, although neither Sony nor Marvel Studios have spoken out about it.
Given the box office results of the adventures of Venom, the lethal protector, the logical thing is to think that it is a matter of time before the studios renew the franchise and announce Venom 3. The post-credits, however, not only open the possibilities for the character from Venom jump to the Marvel Cinematic Universe and what characters from the MCU.
Obviously with Spider-Man at the helm, they cross paths with him, in addition to broadening the ambition of the symbiote's adventures in the current comics he is in space, confronting his species and dethroning his supreme leader on his home planet.
